LIVE Online Cooking Class
Chef & Owner of Eat Seattle, Liz Philpot, will immerse your senses and skills in Northwest Fall/Winter ingredients as you learn how to make a Stuffed Mushroom Pork Loin Roulade (you’ll learn to roll & tie it like a butcher!) and Smashed Potatoes. Your box will include special ingredients from the Seattle area that you’ll cook with, printed recipe cards, and a shopping list for fresh ingredients.
We will be offering 1 LIVE online session with Liz and will be recording the class if you’re not able to join us live:

LIVE Coffee Brewing & Tasting Class
You will not want to miss this unique opportunity to learn how to brew the perfect cup of coffee with United States Barista Champ, Sam Spillman. Hear her incredible story and learn how to prepare a delicious cup of café-like coffee in this hands-on class. Your box will include Pourigami, a travel-friendly coffee dripper from MiiR, Coffee filters, Caffe Vita’s Holiday Blend, and the Apple Pie a la Mode Truffle Bar from Seattle Chocolate, which you'll taste with the Holiday Blend.
