Chef Pat will join you live from Florence to share her special recipe for one of the most loved desserts in Italy, tiramisu, with a delicious pistachio twist. She will show you how to make this delicious treat from scratch using a light pistachio and mascarpone cream that you’ll spoon over poached ladyfingers.
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 package of lady fingers
1 cup coffee
1/2 cup sweet liquor (optional)
1/2 cup of chopped, unsalted pistachios
2 oz of white chocolate
1 tbsp butter
1/8 cup of milk
Water to boil pistachios
Hand or stand mixer
Mini bowls or jars for serving (or a pyrex)
Medium pot to boil pistachios
Towel to peel pistachios
