Shopping list & recipe cards

Here is a list of fresh ingredients and pantry items you'll need for your cooking class. You'll be making a full Italian feast with Chef Pat! Printed recipe cards are inside your box, but we've also included digital links for safe keeping below.

 

Shopping list

PRODUCE

  • 1 large orange (for the juice and zest)
  • Fresh basil (1/2 cup)
  • Fresh sage (8 sage leaves or 1 tbs dried sage)
  • Garlic (1 clove)

 

DAIRY & EGGS

  • Fresh ricotta cheese (1 cup)
  • Finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano (1 cup)
  • Eggs (4 eggs)
  • Milk (1/2 cup)
  • Unsalted butter (6 tbs)

 

BAKERY

  • Ciabatta bread (2-3 days old)

BAKING, SPICES & CONDIMENTS

  • Nutmeg (pinch)
  • Red pepper flakes (1/4 tsp)
  • Vegetable broth (1 cup) or Vegetable bouillon (1 cube)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • All-purpose flour (1 and 1/2 cups)
  • Granulated sugar (1 cup)
  • Baking powder (1 tbs)
  • Vanilla extract (1 tbs)
  • Powdered sugar (3 tbs)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (2 tbs)


FROZEN

  • Frozen spinach – chopped (1 cup)
